Notes:
Virtual City Poker: One of Microgaming's PrimaPoker Poker Rooms. The Game Selection is fine, they offer all of the regular games (Hold'em, Omaha, stud...). Game Play is acceptable but at times a bit clunky. The players are there, though nowhere as many as Partypoker or The Pokerroom.

They currently offer a Generous 100% Match Bonus Buy $30 Get $30 Free. I joined on a weekday and have my $30 Bonus in my account within a couple of hours, even though the site gives them upto 48 hours to credit it. There's a 100-hand play through requirement to cash out.


Here's my problem with Virtual City Poker...

Cash outs are a joke. First, they hold the cash out for 48 hours (just in case you change your mind and want to reverse it) then after the initial 48 hour waiting period they finally START the process which takes another 48 hours. Now, This is clearly stated in the T&C. However, what's not in the T&C is the $31 minimum cash out...

I requested a $30 cash out, everything went through fine, I was told the cash out would be processed. A few days later, I visited their live support to find out where my money was. After, the support person brought up my account, I was informed my cash out was under the $31 minimum (by $1 ?) and that it was being credited back to my account. I asked where this minimum was documented and he was unable to provide me with a link but stated "$31 is the magic figure ...always has been".

Bottom Line, this is a decent place to play poker... But, I'm personally annoyed with the cash out process. I'm no longer playing there!!
